How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 7 to 15 business days for delivery within Canada and 10 to 20 business days for international delivery. We ship to every country in the world via Canadapost International Small Packet air. Your package will be delivered by your local shipping company.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost for your country will be calculated at checkout before you enter payment information. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and scale between $7.95 USD to $12.95 USD depending on location and order size.

Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being provided at checkout. This includes forgetting to write in an apartment or suite number. No refunds will be provided for these packages. If your order is returned to us, you may request to have it resent. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Always double check your address.

Customs, Import Fees & Duties
All Dresden Row clothing is shipped from our head office in Halifax, Canada. If you are an international customer outside of Canada or the USA, you may be responsible for duties or fees by your local border services for received goods purchased online outside of your country. In our experience these fees rarely surpass 10-20% of your order value but we recommend checking with your local customs in your country first if you are worried about these charges. No refunds of customs fees will be provided.

Do I receive a tracking number with my order?
Canadian orders containing only one piece of apparel will not receive tracking. Larger Canadian orders will receive an email including tracking information when your order is shipped. International orders are sent Canadapost Small Packet International - Air and do not come with tracking. However, for these international orders, we have a reference order number so if there should be any issues receiving your order, we can investigate and locate the package. We are not responsible for items lost in transit by your local postal provider in your country.

I did not receive my order?
If you did not receive your order after 30 days since your order was placed, please email We will not respond to complaints regarding orders placed less than 30 days ago. International delivery is dependant not only on Canadapost but on the timeliness of your local postal service. We will then open a support ticket and investigate the location of your order. If your item is deemed lost in transit, we will resend a replacement order no earlier than 10 business days after your support ticket is opened.

How can I pay for my order?
After initiating the checkout process you will have the option to complete the payment using any major credit card from your country or checkout with Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can create one for free at

I received my order and would like a refund
If you have received your order and would like a refund you must send it back at your expense within 7 days of receiving it. All apparel must be unworn in new condition. Upon receiving your apparel back, we will issue a full refund, less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee to cover labour and packaging materials used to send your order.

I received my order and would like to exchange for another size
If you have received your order and would like an exchange you must send it back at your expense within 7 days of receiving it. All apparel must be unworn in new condition. Upon receiving your apparel back, we will happily resend out your new item. Please note, you must pay an additional $9.95 USD (or equivalent in your country's currency) for the new shipping. Please send payment via Paypal to or include a cheque or money order in your returned package.
